When placing a order for any garment or Shapewear and the sizes are in inches it is important to measure yourself correctly.
•Waist: Stand up straight, Your waist is right about your belly button so measure the circumference of your body right above your belly button. Hold the start of the tape measure on one side, wrap it around your waist until the measuring tape meets.
•Hip: Put your feet together. Locate the correct area of your hips - the widest point around your buttocks. Your hip measurement should include your buttocks and hips. Hold the start of the tape measure  the circumference. Pick the largest number between the waist and hips and go down 2” and pick that size to purchase.
